The aim
To empower long-term unemployed people by enhancing their self-confidence, motivation and creativity, helping them overcome barriers, regain self-worth and take active steps back into work.
Objectives
- 1Enhance self-confidence and self-esteem among the target group.
- 2Build motivation and a proactive mindset for pursuing employment opportunities.
- 3Cultivate creativity and entrepreneurial skills to open self-employment prospects.
- 4Provide psychological support to address fears, traumas and negative beliefs.
- 5Develop financial literacy and a positive financial mindset.
- 6Improve employability through effective CV creation and job-search techniques.
