Protection of personal data under the GDPR
In accordance with our legal obligations, TeneLearning S.L. informs you about the collection and use of your personal data. All personal information collected via forms on www.tenelearning.com is transmitted over a secure connection.

Data retention (LSSI)
In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) of 11 July, we store the essential data needed to identify the origin and the start of the service provided for a maximum period of 12 months.
Storing this data does not affect the secrecy of communications. It may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation, or to safeguard public security, and made available to the competent judges, courts or ministry, in accordance with data-protection law.
