In accordance with our legal obligations, TeneLearning S.L. informs you about the collection and use of your personal data. All personal information collected via forms on www.tenelearning.com is transmitted over a secure connection.

The collection and automated processing of personal data serves to maintain our business relationship and to inform and advise you about the offers and news of TeneLearning S.L. This data is only shared with the bodies strictly necessary to fulfil that purpose.

We take the measures required to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

When you apply for a course or contact us through our site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address and phone number. We use this information to process your request and to keep you informed about our courses, services and relevant school news.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with outside parties for their own marketing. Communication about our offers and services comes directly from TeneLearning S.L. and from us to you only.

You confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate, and you agree to keep it up to date by informing us of any changes.

In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) of 11 July, we store the essential data needed to identify the origin and the start of the service provided for a maximum period of 12 months.

Storing this data does not affect the secrecy of communications. It may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation, or to safeguard public security, and made available to the competent judges, courts or ministry, in accordance with data-protection law.

We use a technology called “cookies” — small pieces of information a website stores on your device for record-keeping. They help us understand how and when pages on our site are viewed, and by how many people. Cookies do not collect personally identifiable information, and we do not combine cookie data with other information to identify you personally.

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and page usage. Google Analytics does not identify individual users and your IP address is anonymised. If you prefer, you can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

TeneLearning S.L. owns the copyright, intellectual property and related rights in the contents of the tenelearning.com website, including the services offered and the programs required to deliver them.

Reproduction, publication and/or non-exclusive private use of the contents, in whole or in part, is not permitted without prior written consent.

Any use of our services that is contrary to intellectual-property legislation is prohibited — in particular: any use that violates Spanish law or infringes the rights of third parties; publishing or transmitting content that is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic or defamatory; distributing serial numbers or other material that infringes third-party intellectual-property rights; collecting or using other users’ personal data without their express consent or in breach of Regulation (EU) 2016/679; and using our mail server or domain email addresses to send spam.
