I loved Tenelearning. It inspired me to use practices that I learned in the course. I enjoyed getting to know all the participants from different countries. The staff was lovely and welcoming. I also loved the fact that some of the activities we did during the course were outdoors.

The staff and participants were all incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive. The course was both informative and truly life-changing, providing valuable knowledge and meaningful personal and professional growth. I especially appreciated that we stepped outside the classroom and spent time learning in nature, which made the experience even more engaging and memorable.

An excellent course from start to finish! Communication was outstanding from the very beginning and continued even after the course had ended. The trainers were highly professional, knowledgeable, and created a welcoming and engaging learning environment. The programme was very well designed, combining high-quality workshops with outdoor activities, collaborative tasks, and opportunities to work in an international and multicultural environment. It was a great balance of theory and practice, and I left with many new ideas, practical skills, and valuable connections. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a meaningful and inspiring professional development experience.

Questions & answers

Can Erasmus+ pay for the course?

Yes. Our courses are eligible for Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (staff mobility), and our organisation ID (OID) is E10337941.

The application is made by your school or organisation to its National Agency. We send the programme, an invoice and any document your agency asks for.

Do I pay anything to apply?

No. Applying is free and does not commit you to anything. Once we have agreed on the week together, we send an invoice — payment is due at least two weeks before the course starts.

When will I hear back?

A confirmation email arrives as soon as you apply, and a reply from our team follows within 24 hours.

Where does the course take place?

In our centre in Puerto de la Cruz, on the north coast of Tenerife — on Plaza del Charco, two minutes from the ocean.

Many of our courses also have sessions outdoors: in the botanical garden, on the beach and on walks around the town.

What are the hours?

Monday to Friday, usually from 09:00 to 15:00. On the first morning, please arrive by 09:15 so we can start together.

What language is the course taught in?

All our courses are taught in English.

What do I receive at the end?

A certificate of attendance on the last day — and, if your organisation needs one for its Erasmus+ report, a signed confirmation of participation.

How do I get to Puerto de la Cruz from the airport?

The island’s TITSA buses connect both airports with the town: from Tenerife North take bus 30 or 343, from Tenerife South bus 343.

A taxi takes about 30 minutes from the north airport and about an hour and a quarter from the south airport. We do not organise airport transfers at the moment.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes and shoes for the outdoor sessions, a swimsuit, sunscreen, and a notebook if you like writing by hand. Everything else is provided.

Can several colleagues from one school come together?

Yes, and they are very welcome. Under the current Erasmus+ rules, up to three people from the same organisation can be funded for the same course together — a larger group can spread over different courses or weeks.
