Who we are
TeneLearning is an educational and training centre for adults and youth in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. We run Erasmus+ courses for teachers and educators, welcome students for internships, and design tailor-made trainings, team-buildings and retreats.
Every course is taught in English by certified, experienced and multilingual educators, in a warm, interactive and health-boosting environment.
We want people to leave with more than a certificate: new methods for their work, stronger interpersonal skills, a clearer sense of themselves and others — and the energy to use it all.

Our team
A small, multilingual team on Plaza del Charco. We plan the courses, prepare the paperwork and welcome every group in Puerto de la Cruz.
Co-founder, Director & Trainer
Over 20 years in leading international companies, including Commerzbank, Swedbank and Deutsche Börse (the German Stock Exchange). Olga holds two master’s degrees — in International Business Administration and in International Economic Relations and Teaching — and is certified in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Emotional Intelligence and Pilates.
Business Development Manager & Co-owner
Over 20 years of experience in controlling and finance, in key positions at international companies. Yurii knows financial markets, corporate finance, IFRS (Diploma in IFRS), German GAAP and the European and Asian GAAPs, and change management. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration.
Educator & Erasmus+ Coordinator
More than 10 years of experience and a master’s degree in International Journalism. Antanina designs and delivers courses on mindfulness, sustainability, well-being, digital competences and language learning, tailored to each group.
Project Manager
Five years of coordinating international projects, managing social media, photography and visual content. Maria holds a master’s degree in Journalism and Social Communications, and designs the e-books and digital toolkits that carry our projects’ results further.
Project Manager & Tech Lead
Bogdan looks after all things IT — the website and the technology in our rooms. He bridges the gap between technology and execution, from bringing VR headsets into our immersive courses to making sure the team always has the right digital tools and support.
