A youth exchange building inclusion, personal growth and intercultural learning through outdoor activities on the island.
The aim
To bring together young people from Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Georgia and Lithuania in a youth exchange that fosters inclusion, personal growth and intercultural learning through outdoor activities and nature-based experiences.
Objectives
- 1Use the island itself as a classroom — hiking, sea and volcano as the setting for experiential learning.
- 2Build inclusion and resilience in a mixed international group.
- 3Strengthen intercultural understanding and European belonging.
- 4Give youth workers practical outdoor methods they can take home.
About the project
To bring together young people from Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Georgia and Lithuania in a youth exchange that fosters inclusion, personal growth and intercultural learning through outdoor activities and nature-based experiences.
Expected outcomes
- Young people from five countries trained in outdoor, nature-based non-formal learning.
- Stronger cooperation between the five youth organisations in the consortium.
