Main Aim: The project aims to promote active aging, social inclusion, and digital literacy among seniors, with a special focus on migrants and refugees. By fostering intergenerational learning, the project strengthens European values of solidarity, respect, and cooperation, while supporting seniors’ mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Objectives:
- Holistic Training for Seniors: Develop and deliver a 12-week program covering digital skills, healthy living, creativity, and stress management.
- Promote Social Inclusion: Reduce isolation by engaging seniors in group activities and community initiatives.
- Strengthen Digital Literacy: Equip participants with essential online skills for communication, services, and lifelong learning.
- Foster Intergenerational Learning: Involve young volunteers as mentors, bridging generational gaps and promoting cultural exchange.
- Support Mental & Physical Health: Provide structured physical exercises, trauma recovery, and mindfulness techniques to improve resilience.
- Build Confidence & Adaptability: Empower seniors, especially migrants and refugees, to integrate into new environments and rediscover a sense of purpose.
