This course comprises modern teaching techniques as holistic learning, team and pair work, brainstorming, gamification, multiculturalism, journaling, creativity and outdoor learning. As a result, will learn how to reduce negative impact of stress, increase well-being and recharge your batteries.
The acquired tools and techniques can be further implemented at work with children or colleagues to create healthy routines and build trustful relationships. • Happiness continuum: moving from a stressful to a happy lifestyle
• “Stress diary” – logging your own triggers and handlings
• Exploring mindfulness in the Botanical garden

• Different approaches in managing stress
• Goal setting and time management tools
• Protecting your boundaries, assertiveness and art of saying “NO”
• Practicing deep breathing and body scan
• Practicing progressive muscular relaxation and stretching

• Practicing Pilates at the beach – a workout for body and mind
• Developing positive thinking
• Discovering your strengths
• Outdoor learning on stress management techniques
