Integrated Pilates exercises promote mobility, strengthen the spine, and improve balance, coordination, and concentration. This course combines principles from various disciplines and techniques including psychology, mindfulness, group discussions, journaling, and outdoor activities to provide a holistic approach to overall well-being.
This course will be delivered through a combination of engaging lectures, interactive workshops, practical exercises, group discussions, and self-reflective activities. It is given in English by certified and experienced multilingual educators in an interactive and health-boosting environment.

● Practicing mindful breathing and mindful walking in the Botanical garden

● The link between physical exercise, mood, and mental well-being
● Exploring different forms of movement and their effects on the mind
● Developing an exercise routine that supports both physical and mental health
● Practicing progressive muscular relaxation, body scans, centering

● Practicing Pilates outdoors
● Discussing the importance of healthy nutrition
● Cultivating a growth mindset
● Developing positive thinking via affirmations and visualizations
