Main Aim: to empower long-term unemployed individuals by enhancing their self-confidence, motivation, and creativity, ultimately facilitating their transition into active and productive roles within society and the economy. The project aims to empower participants to overcome barriers, regain their self-worth, and take active steps towards re-entering the workforce or pursuing self-employment. By equipping them with essential skills, fostering their confidence and motivation, and addressing psychological barriers, the project aims to bring about positive changes in their lives, benefiting both individuals and the broader community.
Target Groups:
• Long-term Unemployed Individuals
• Adult Educators
• Employment Agencies and Job Centers
• Education and Training Institutions
• NGOs and Community-Based Organizations
• Mental Health and Counseling Centers
Objectives:
- Enhance self-confidence and self-esteem among the target group.
- Build motivation and inspire a proactive mindset for pursuing employment opportunities.
- Cultivate creativity and entrepreneurial skills to foster innovation and self-employment prospects.
- Provide psychological support to address fears, traumas, and negative beliefs.
- Develop financial literacy and a positive financial mindset for sustainable economic well-being.
- Improve employability through effective CV creation and job search techniques.
Activities:
1) Kick-off meeting in Italy
2) Pre- and post-tests evaluations
3) International workshops and group sessions for psychological support and addressing trauma and fears in Italy
4) Online midterm meeting
5) International entrepreneurship workshops to develop innovative ideas and business acumen in Spain
6) Digital toolkit with project results and videos with success stories
7) Final meeting in Lithuania lead by the interactive multiplier event
Expected Outcomes and Results:

Today's 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 focused on planning our upcoming training in Tusa, Sicily 🇮🇹, which will take place in September as part of our project. Our partner and project coordinator, 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻𝘀, shared logistics and content details with us and our other partner, 𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗜𝗚𝗢.

TeneLearning recently hosted a very special event, aimed to present Erasmus KA2 projects.
During the event, we highlighted our mission and activities, informing our users about UP: Unleash Potential project, which focuses on tackling unemployment by providing essential skills and training.
We were delighted to have a live online streaming of the event on our Instagram account, and we thank to everyone who joined us online to watch and support our initiative. Additionally, we are deeply grateful to those who attended in person, making the event a memorable success.

Our 𝗞𝗔𝟮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 "𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹" has commenced, starting with an exciting launch meeting in the picturesque Tusa, Italy 🇮🇹
This kick-off meeting was filled with insightful discussions, where we not only set ambitious goals but also discussed plans for the upcoming year, and we're already prepared to implement them all ☘️
The project's main goal is to empower individuals facing long-term unemployment by enhancing their self-confidence, motivation and creativity.
