The past three months have been a journey of collaboration and growth as Monika Diana Calite, an aspiring entrepreneur from Latvia, joined forces with TeneLearning, an experienced educational course provider in Tenerife, through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program. Together, they embarked on a mission to exchange knowledge, skills, and experiences, enriching both sides of the partnership.

During this eventful period, Monika explored TeneLearning's daily operations, actively learning from their expertise while simultaneously taking concrete steps to further develop her own business, personal growth platform Mindwisecoach. This hands-on approach allowed her to gain valuable insights into the specifics of running an educational center, from curriculum development to participant engagement strategies.

During the collaboration, TeneLearning hosted several international groups offering Monika to step in as a trainer.

Throughout the collaboration, Monika continued to learn about the specifics of running an educational center and kept on expanding her experience and understanding of different training dynamics and participant needs.

“The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs has been an invaluable journey of self-discovery and professional development. Thanks to TeneLearning's support and trust in my capabilities, I have gained confidence in my abilities to keep on scaling my business further,” Monika reflects.

As this chapter of collaboration between Latvia and Tenerife comes to a close, it serves as the foundation for new friendships and future collaborations.
