A true passion for entrepreneurship, personal growth and teaching has no limits - a recently formed collaboration between Tenelearning, a dynamic training center in Tenerife and MindwiseCoach, a pioneering personal growth platform based in Latvia is a living proof of that.

Despite being thousands of kilometers apart, the teams of both companies have met in Tenerife and joined forces thanks to the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program. It allows experienced business leaders to connect with aspiring entrepreneurs seeking guidance to develop their businesses.

During the following three months, TeneLearning will be as a mentor and the host entrepreneur for the young entrepreneur, Monika Diana Calite - the founder of Mindwisecoach.

This extremely valuable exchange of skills, knowledge, experience and “know-how” is possible thanks to the kind assistance of the coordinators of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program in Latvia (Elizabete Silava and Solveiga Sama from Civitta Latvia) and the Canary Islands (Maria Clarissa Pierobon from Instituto Tecnológico de Canarias).

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs presents a unique opportunity for already experienced business leaders to gain a fresh perspective and for aspiring entrepreneurs to learn from international experience in building and scaling businesses in a specific niche. The essence of the program lies in fostering a rich exchange of ideas, experiences, and business practices, broadening the entrepreneurial mindset, and cultivating a fertile ground for further international partnerships.

TeneLearning is an educational and training centre that offers a comprehensive list of engaging courses for professional and personal development, as well as, corporate training, team-buildings, retreats, and tailor-made projects with an option to rent their premises in the center of Puerto de la Cruz. TeneLearning's courses are eligible for Erasmus+ and accredited under the German Bildungsurlaub.

Mindwisecoach is an international online-based personal growth platform that offers online courses and programs that facilitate remarkable life transformations both personally, as well as professionally. Mindwisecoach offers 1:1, group and corporate training, as well as workshops for adults and teenagers in Latvian and English. Mindwisecoach mission is to inspire and support a positive transformation that enables self-fulfillment, goal achievement, and facilitates a leadership mindset.
