This week, we had an inspiring journey with a group from the 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗛𝗦 (Educational Centre for Adults)! 🌿
Participants completed the "Increasing Well-being and Managing Stress Effectively" course, diving into practical techniques to tackle stress and enhance personal well-being. 💪
